Changed your mind? No problem! We gladly accept returns or exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and non-defective merchandise purchased from gothicdarkwear.com.
Return Window
Gothic Dark Wear accepts returns within 15 days of the delivery date.
If your return is received after 15 days, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on your total amount.
Refund Process
All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, with tags unbroken and in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Refunds are issued:

To the original form of payment (if returned within 10 days)

As store credit (if returned after 10 days)
Change of Mind or Sizing Issue
If the return is due to a change of mind or size issue, a 20% restocking fee will apply to full refunds.
Note: After 150 days, we only offer store credit.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will:

Provide a prepaid return shipping label, or

Reimburse your return shipping cost
We will then send you a replacement product free of charge.
Refund Timeframe
Your refund will typically be processed within 10 days after the returned parcel is received.
We’ll send you an email confirmation once the refund is completed.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs (unless the item is damaged or defective).
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For items over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchange Policy
Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries!
If you need the same item in a different size or color:

We’ll waive the return and new shipping cost for domestic orders only.
