Changed your mind? We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or non-defective merchandise purchased on gothicdarkwear.com for return or exchange.
Gothic Dark Wear Accept returns within 15 days of delivery date, we’ll credit your original form of payment. If received after 15 days, gothicdarkwear.com will right to charge 20% on your total amount.
REFUND PROCESS
A returned item must be in its original condition, and all tags should be unbroken. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within certain days. Please allow us a period of up to 15 days to process the refund.
Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment (if the jacket would be returned within 15 days after the delivery date) otherwise after 15 days we will only offer store credit.
CHANGE OF MIND OR SIZING ISSUE
If sizing would be an issue or the customer change their mind and want to return the jacket for a full refund, we will charge a 20% restocking fee for a full refund.
Please Note: After 15 days, if the product would not return, we will be able to offer store credit only. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs)
DAMAGED ITEMS
If the customer received a damaged Products, we will send the customer pre-paid return shipping label or send the customer (return shipping charges), and we will send an exchange Products for a Free
WHEN WILL BE I REFUNDED?
Your Refund will be processed within a week or a half after the returned parcel is received by us. We’ll send you an email to confirm once the Refund will be completed, This process may take several weeks to complete.
RETURN SHIPPING
To return your product for a refund, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping out an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return your order to us within 15 days after the order would be shipped, and we'll process a full refund back to the original payment method.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges: Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries! If you need the same item in a different size or color, we’ll waive the return shipping fee and the new shipping cost for domestic orders only. International customer contacts us at info@gothicdarkwear.com
Please Note: Products must be returned to us within 15 days after delivery date to qualify for free exchange) after exceeding the given time frame, we will charge a 20% restocking fee on all exchange orders and after 15 days of delivery date we will not accept any return for refund or for exchange
Exceptions / non-returnable items
