Gothic Dark Wear International Shipping Policy

Gothic Dark Wear partners with DHL FedEx UPS And USPS to provide DHL shipping to our valued international customers (outside the United States and Canada).

Worldwide duty-free shipment via standard shipping or expedited shipping.
No matter how many pieces you order, we only charge $19.99 for standard shipping.
If you need expedited shipment, please contact us. We need to calculate by weight before we can get the actual shipping cost.

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: 1-7 business days
  • Shipping time: Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Normally within 1 week)Expedited Shipping:3-5 business days.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number through email. Please note that it may take up to 1-2 days before the tracking number can be updated online.
All orders are insured against loss. If unfortunately the goods are lost in transit, please contact us.
Country we don't ship Argentina, Ascension Island, Bosnia; Herzegovina, British Indian Ocean Territory, Chile, Ecuador, India, Kuwait, Philippines, Tristan da Cunha.
Due to the global pandemic and high volume, there will be delays from all of our carriers, including updates to their online tracking.

STANDARD SHIPPING:

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $399. Orders with standard shipping will ship via FEDEX SMARTPOST DHL,UPS. Please allow 4-6 days for standard shipping

All orders shipping to a destination outside of the USA are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country.

Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department or Agency for inspection.

We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in any way from these charges and we work very closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure as few delays as possible.

We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package.

A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided when the order is shipped.
